FARMING

As the management of ECOil Group has seen, the prices and the value of farming land have been rising rapidly during the last 12 months. As the average price for one rai (1600 square meters) of farmable, non-producing land in year 2006 was approx. 25.000 baht (540 €) / rai it is today at least 50.000 baht (1078 €) / rai.

The value increase of land itself, makes it a good investment as the interest towards the palm oil keeps on growing day by day.

ECOIL GROUP OPERATIONS

At the moment ECOil Group Co., Ltd. operates a total of 1442 rai’s, approximately 230 hectares of farmed land in Southern Thailand. These areas are located near the provinces of Chumphon and Ranong.

ECOil Group Company Limiteds goal is within the next following years own and operate a total of 20.000 rai’s of farmed land with Oil Palms and Rubber trees.
